FIH Junior Hockey World Cup 2016 Lucknow,India: Fixtures/Schedule
The FIH has officially announce the junior Men's World cup fixtures.The previous edition as was played in India,New Delhi in the year 2013.This year the highly anticipated tournament is going to be held in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh .The grand event is held at the Major Dhayan Chand Hockey Stadium.The defending champions Germany are the favorites with France , Netherlands , the Malaysians and Australians. Although the Indian men's team didn't do well in the previous edition,The team is having high expectation after had given some encouraging performances in the Sultan Johar Cup, AHL 2016 and other tournament.
This grand event has 16 teams participating.The teams has been divided into 4 pools and they will be playing against each of the teams in the same pool.The top two teams from each pool will be participating in the Knockout/Quarter-Finals.Check out the fixtures and pool classification below.
