The Hockey India has initiated the first 5 a side Senior National Hockey Championship which is going to be held at Shiv Chattrapati Sports Complex, Mhalunge, Balewadi, Boxing Hall, Pune from 26 to 30 October 2016 .The 5 a side tournament is getting into trend just like the T20 in cricket . The game is packed with high action since the time is less as well the ground is small. This is going to be a treat for the fans.
Match Timing:
10 mins - 3 mins interval - 10 mins - 3 mins interval - 10 mins - End
The match consists of three periods with 10 mins and in between each period the teams have a 3 mins refreshment time.

Rules:
Goal will be awarded if the ball crosses the goal line, the D circle rule is out of door. Free hits and Fouls will be followed just like traditional Hockey.
